• A lift - to provide access to the first floor food hall. East Midlands Airport also provides electronically activated and controlled doorways.
• Ambulif - or carrychair for boarding aircraft. (Passengers who require assistance with boarding should notify their travel agent or airline at the time of booking.)
• Wheelchair - accessible taxis available from Link Cars. Wheelchairs are available for use by passengers prior to boarding.

  • A video games zone is situated in the Terminal.
  • The Trent Cafe features an indoor viewing balcony giving excellent views of the aircraft parking area and runway.

  • The Trent Café on the first floor of the terminal building has 4 high chairs available and offers a bottle warming service. Crayons and colouring pads are provided free of charge and the café offers a range of children’s meals and kiddies party packs.
  • The Burger King outlet offers children’s extra value meals as well as promotional toys such as Pokemon and Scooby Doo.
  • High Chairs are available in the Local Hero Pub as well as soft drinks and snacks. The pub has a ‘child friendly’ area which has a TV and is no smoking.
